"Bulk ordering was surprisingly painless"

"I was already tired of dealing with..."
I was already tired of dealing with clunky websites and endless steps, so this was a relief. The site was really easy to figure out, I found what I needed fast, and placing the order didn’t feel confusing at all. It’s just nice when a website works without making you click around forever.

"Turnaround was actually better than I expected"
I ordered from greekhouse.org and, to be honest, I was sure it was going to take longer than I wanted. But it ended up getting done faster than I expected, and everything was ready on time. I guess I can’t really complain — the whole process was smooth and there wasn’t much waiting around.

"Looked just like our group’s design"
I ordered a few shirts and embroidered hats from greekhouse.org for our group, and I was happy with how everything turned out. As the person who usually gets picky about our merch looking like it actually represents us, I appreciated that the print colors were really close to the design we sent in. The embroidery on the hats was clean too. One tiny detail was a little hard to make out, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, I’d definitely order from them again.

I had an issue at first, but they got it fixed after a bit. I’m sure other customers would appreciate that they actually follow through and sort things out when something goes wrong.

My experience with greekhouse.org was okay overall. The design ended up being close to what we had in mind, and the shirts themselves were decent quality, so I did feel relieved when everything finally came together.
I’m giving 3 stars because the timing made me a little anxious, and I would’ve appreciated more updates or reassurance along the way. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest, and I’d probably only use them again if I had extra time to plan.

"Sizing stress turned into a total relief"
I ordered shirts for our group i was a little nervous at first. I kept thinking they might run small and we'd end up with a bunch of people annoyed, but nope, the sizes came out spot on. Mine fit exactly how I hoped, which was such a relief. By the end, I was actually kind of excited because everyone seemed happy with the fit. Easy win...

The design team was nice and they pretty much understood what I was going for, well, mostly. A few replies took longer than I expected, and I did have to explain a couple things more than once. The final design turned out fine, but the whole process wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped

"Pretty solid shirts overall"
I was happy with how these turned out. The print looked clean and didn’t have that weird faded look some shirts get, and the shirts themselves felt decent to wear. I tried one on right after opening the package while I was making coffee, and it fit pretty much how I expected. Overall, good quality and I’d order again.

"Quick help when I needed it"
I had a really good experience with Greekhouse. I had a couple of questions about my order, and their support team got back to me quickly, which was a relief. They actually gave clear answers too, not those ridiculous copy-and-paste responses you sometimes get. It made the whole process way less stressful, and I’d definitely use them again.
